The brief centred around creating a generous, well-zoned layout while remaining close to local amenities for everyday convenience. A key feature of the design is the elevated balcony, which captures surrounding views and enhances the home’s connection to its environment. To balance openness with privacy, integrated blinds were incorporated, allowing the family to enclose the space at night while maintaining a seamless aesthetic.
